Jeff
Owner
Jeff has been living and breathing the water since founding Quest Watersports in 2008. He launched the region's first membership boat club in 2011 and has spent years building Quest into a destination for marine sales, boat club membership, paddlesports, eBikes and more. He knows customers by name, welcomes people with a smile and is always thinking about what Quest can become next.

Scott
Mechanic & Shop Manager
Scott has spent 25 years as a marine mechanic, and there is not much he has not seen. From spring tune-ups to winterization and everything in between, he keeps Quest boats running strong through every season. If there is an engine to diagnose or a boat that needs attention, Scott is usually already on it.

Chris
Service Coordinator, E-Bike, Sail & Paddle Manager
Chris brings 18 years of experience in sailing and sales with Hobie kayaks and sailboats. Since joining Quest in 2019, he has grown into a leadership role overseeing service coordination, storage and a wide range of specialty products. Friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, he makes customers feel taken care of right away.

Randi
Marine Sales & Customer Engagement Manager
With over 20 years in sales and customer service, Randi is a major part of the Quest customer experience. She helps customers find the right boat, guides Boat Club members and assists boaters with slips and next steps on the Illinois River. Whether someone is brand new to boating or knows exactly what they want, she makes the process feel approachable and personal.

John
Detailing & Operations Manager
John has been part of the Quest family for years, working his way up from operations associate to Detailing & Operations Manager. He oversees detailing and helps keep marina operations running smoothly from launch to storage. Do not be surprised if he greets you with a joke and a candy recommendation.

Operations Associate
A welcome addition to the Quest crew, Eli jumped in headfirst helping with boat detailing and marina operations. Whether he is moving boats or making them shine, he brings a great attitude to everything he does on the water.
